In 2006, Thuan Thao got the license for ISP - Internet Service Provider (No 302/GP-BBCVT dated 31st March 2006) and license for OSP (Online Service Provider (No 411/GP-BBCVT dated 3rd May 2006) of Ministry of Post and Telecom.  

Thuan Thao will become the Telecom Enterprise with a lot of services such as Game Online , Internet phone provider...

The licenses are now renewed with the new number 245/GP-BTTTT dated 11th Feb 2010 issued by Minister of Information and Communication
